I have two articles in Squidoo Here they are:
Web 3.0 Social Profit Streams
The Traffic Plan, A Newbie's Perspective
Both articles had more than ten hits each, in less than a week. This simply means that people do look for these types of articles and more. This is very significant. If I improve my article writing skills I would be able to profit from writing articles on Squidoo. I need to make more research and find good products to promote. Once I make a habit of doing this things I should be doing good within a year. Need to study more HMMM

Easier said than done...
It looks like its gonna take me awhile to put up my new blog using Wordpress. Funny I'm using Blogger.com to talk about this. Blogger is okay if you're starting to blog especially if you want to monetize your blog. I do have a free Wordpress blog, you can check it here. The problem with a free Wordpress blog is that there is no way to monetize it.
I really need to practice patience. I can tell you that as I write on this blog I feel the temptation to quit because its not as it first looked. But then all money making ventures had rough starts. I can't think of any business that did not go through a trial by fire on its first month or even year. There is a saying that I read somewhere at the net that says "no advice works unless you do." Very wise... I guess this simply means that I get into the habit of blogging regularly. Get the feel and not be intimidated by the success of the bigger blogs. I'll get there someday. And I'll do it my way.

My Dream Lifestyle
In two years time I would like to look to this day, June 13, 2009 as the day that I began to dream of something big for myself. On June 13, 2011, I'll wake up between 9am to 10am and do my morning rituals. I'll kiss my wife and greet her good morning and praise God that its a wonderful day. I'll walk over to my office beside our master's bedroom and begin my 3 hour work habit. I'll start my IMac and I'll check my affiliate accounts to see how much I've earned that day. I'll see if I have new emails asking me to help them with their online business ventures. I'll make a quick post to my blog about whatever news that caught my attention. I'll check my schedule with my virtual secretary on what activities I have lined up for that day and see which ones I could do. In the afternoon, I'll take my wife out on a date. If she's lazy we'll just bum around at the house or at a friends house. If she's in the mood for something kinky... Oh well. At around 5pm, I'll go to the gym and work out or probably shoot a few hoops with my friends in the 'hood. In the evening, If my wife is probably lazy to cook dinner, we'll eat out and chill at a local live music bar. We'll probably be back home at around 11pm or 12mn. I'll probably post something to my blog recapping my day. I'll freshen up and talk to my wife how much I've enjoyed this day with her before I kiss her good night. Before I go to sleep, I'll say a silent prayer to God thanking him for a great day and pray for those that I care about and ask the Lord to provide for those who have less in life. During the weekends I'll treat my wife to something special. Perhaps see a new movie or check out a new restaurant... Or maybe visit our local charity and do what we can to brighten up someone's day. I'll probably spend 3 hours sketching on my Wacom drawing tablet and once I'm finished, post it to my blog.
...
Reality check. This will never happen unless I train myself to follow a strict posting schedule on my blog and generate interesting content week in and week out. Tomorrow I shall plan my long and short term goals. And post it here. Good night everyone and God bless.

Just rambling.....
I'm probably breaking every principle I've learned about blogging with this post. It's been 5 days since I've last posted on this blog. And I feel bad. This would probably not be an SEO optimized post, but frankly I don't care anymore. All this studying on how this blogging business works is giving me a headache. From now on I'll just gonna blog and stick to a strict blogging schedule. If I think too much about the money, there is no way I'm going to have fun doing this gig. I'll just be myself. Write my own opinions... Be perfectly honest... And be nice to critics. I will write whatever I feel like writing about and see what happens. I will make this an adventure. To the Abyss to all the advice I've learned online. I will write the way I want to write and if people want to read this crap... So be it! And thank you in advance. : )
Sigh!
I shall learn. I will learn to do this well. Blogging is not easy unless you love to write. I love to write. I use to write a lot. I will make this work... I need to get my act together.

The Adventure Begins....
It has been a little bit over four weeks since I've quit my job of seven years. I hate leaving my friends in the office. I really miss their company. But if I plan to make something big out of my life, being an employee is definitely not the best way to go about it. So whats up with me this past four weeks?
I've been researching some stuff for my brother's blog. He agreed to pay me quite a reasonable sum for my efforts since I do work at home. Okay... Stop! I know what you're thinking. I thought you said, being an employee is not the best way to go about making something big out of your life? True. But then again this is different. Aside from being a family thing and the fact that he is younger than me (yep, my brother who owns the blog that I'm researching stuff for is younger than me), he hopes that I would learn something that would inspire me to put up a blog of my own one day and make money out of it the same way he does. I hope I'm not too old for this. I'm turning 34 this July. I have time.
Today is the beginning of my adventures on making money online. Armed with my Acer laptop, I shall boldly traverse the digital jungle known as the internet and ... and... I'm having a nosebleed... I'M OFF TO ADVENTURE!!!
